Becoming a patient with us is a quick and simple process. In only one visit, you can be on your way to health like never before!
New Patients Welcome
Your initial visit with us will be center on getting to know you and evaluating your well-being. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and asked to complete any necessary intake paperwork. Although some patients choose to fill out their forms online, others prefer to wait until their appointment. Once your paperwork is done, you will meet with Dr. Kevin for your one-on-one consultation.
At this time, Dr. Kevin will discuss with you your health history, current condition, and health goals. He will then conduct a non-invasive physical examination and diagnostic imaging to better understand your needs. Of course, we do not perform X-rays on infants, children, or expectant women. After your thorough evaluation, Dr. Kevin will review your results and share with you your report of findings. Your report of findings will include a diagnosis and potential plan of care.
Depending on your condition, this visit will likely conclude with an individualized chiropractic adjustment. Do not hesitate to express any questions or concerns that may arise throughout the duration of your appointment – we want you to feel as comfortable as possible while under our care!
Ongoing Care
Our practice suggests regular visits to achieve optimum results. However, frequency of care is absolutely up to you! We are happy to see you as much or as little as you feel necessary.
